2014 Lexus GX, repair rear bumper and right ¼ panel: “My first feedback to Carlos was that I found it very hard to find him online. I happened to see his truck driving around, and got his number that way. When I took my Lexus GX to him for repair, what I appreciated most was his very personal service. I had taken pics and sent them to Carlos, so when I showed up at his shop, Carlos inspected my car, told me exactly what he needed to do, and how long it would take. From my previous experience with large corporate body shops with multiple locations, I could see right away that the estimate he gave me was very fair – at least $1000 less than the well-known shop would have been.

It was an easy process to drop off my car, and to pick it up later. Carlos went totally out of his way to make my Lexus look as good as it possibly could. He even sent me pictures along the way to keep me informed re the repair progress. I also greatly appreciated the fact that he not only identified a problem with a bumper that had been repaired by the previous shop, he fixed that problem -- made the bumper look like new -- at no additional charge. My wife got a commuter car which needs some of Carlos’ TLC -– Carlos is our first choice, and we will send the car to him very soon. The hometown, personal attention means more to me than a shop with a national name, and it made all the difference to me.
